In order to become an EZDetect.com Affiliate please complete the application form below. Upon submitting your site, you will be sent a conditional approval e-mail with an EZDetect.com Affiliate ID Number, and instructions on how to insert the necessary HTML code and/or an EZDetect.com icon into your web page with instructions on how to set up a link.

Upon receipt of your application, Biomerica will review your site and final approval will then be either granted or denied. (Final approval may take up to a week or two). Questions should be referred to affiliates@ezdetect.com.
