How does the EZDetect.com Affiliate Program work?

It works very simply. You, as an affiliate, place tracked links to EZDetect.com on your website, in your mail lists or in your email correspondence. These links can be to the home page (preferred) or other pages such as the order page or about colorectal cancer page. When your visitors come to EZDetect.com through one of these links and make a purchase, you get credit for the sale during that client. Every three months you'll receive a check for a percentage of the sales your links were responsible for generating by those links.

How is EZDetect.com's Affiliate Program different from the others?

Biomerica, the manufacturer of EZ Detect, pays a high commission that is on the top end of all affiliate programs, and is the first colon cancer awareness affiliate program on the web! Also, our innovative Charitable Sponsor program is the first program of its kind.

Is my site eligible to become an EZDetect.com Affiliate?

Anyone may submit an application, no matter how large or small and will receive a conditional approval. We review each and every potential Affiliate web site before accepting them as a final approved affiliate into the EZDetect.com Affiliate Program. We do reserve the right to refuse affiliate status to site if it contains objectionable material, including pornography, explicit language or content, or support for violent groups or illegal activities.

If your affiliate status is rejected, you may reapply and/or may want to become a Charitable Sponsor.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing! It's absolutely free to become either an EZDetect.com Affiliate and start receiving checks from us, or an EZDetect.com Charitable Sponsor to have checks sent to an approved charitable organization of your choice.

A charitable organization of my choice is not on the approved list. Can you add my choice to the list?

The approved charitable organizations listed are primarily those non profit organizations that are founding or sponsoring partners of National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month and other organizations committed to supporting awareness of colon cancer prevention and early detection. If you believe your organization fits this requirement, send an email to affiliates@ezdetect.com with sufficient information about the organization. We will consider all reasonable requests.

Can I link my site to EZDetect.com and to other affiliate programs at the same time?

Sure.

I don't have a web site yet. Can I apply to be an Affiliate anyway?

Unfortunately, no - when we receive an application, we must review your site to make sure it's acceptable. But, you can become a Charitable Sponsor and contribute the colorectal cancer awareness cause.

How do I create links to EZDetect.com?

For Affiliates. Once you're an affiliate, it couldn't be any easier to set up links. Just log in and go to the link generator. Submit the name of the video or person you want to link to and the generator will output the HTML you need to put on your pages. This link will also include the code needed to track your sales so you should always use the link generator. You can also generate a variety of bigstar.com search boxes in the same manner. Simply cut and paste the HTML code into your page and you're ready to earn commissions.

What are my responsibilites as an EZDetect.com Affiliate?

Your responsibilities are to set up links on your site to EZDetect.com. Make sure you use our link generator to guarantee you get credit for sales from your links. The number of links you have is entirely up to you.

What are EZDetect.com's responsibilities?

EZDetect.com is owned and operated by Biomerica, Inc., a publicly traded company (NASDAQ SC:BMRA). Biomerica will take care of everything related to orders, including shipping products, billing customers, paying your commissions, and managing customer service.

Will you help me set the link up on my site?

The instructions are clear so help should not be necessary. But we have a support desk, just in case. Upon receipt of your application we send a conditional affiliate approval by email to you. Instuctions in that email makes it easy for you to set up the link since it contains the HTML code for you (or your web master) to cut and paste. If you have further questions, you can direct them to affiliates@ezdetect.com. Be sure to include your EZDetect™ ID numer, a phone number and convenient time to reach you.

Can I use content from EZDetect.com on my site?

Yes and no. Some of the content is licensed and copyrighted and can't be distributed to our affiliates. That content is clearly marked on EZDetect.com. Other content, like EZDetect.com logos, box cover art, etc. are available to affiliates. Our primary requirement is that credit be given to Biomerica, Inc. and EZDetect.com for content used. If you would like us to produce custom content for your site, we will consider that on a case by case basis. Send an email to affiliates@ezdetect.com.

Can I use the EZDetect.com name and logo on my site?

Of course, but please do not alter our logo in any way. You'll find a selection of logos, banners and buttons for you to use on our logo page.

Should I include price information when I promote EZ Detect™?

You may quote a range or price, but be forwarned that prices may be adjusted from time-to-time, without notice, and inconsistencies may irritate visitors you have referred to EZDetect.com. For that reason, if you believe disclosure of price is necessary, it is recommended to just use the manufacturer suggested retail price as an indicator or indicate the American Cancer Society's range of pricing for Fecal Occult Blood Tests which is $10 to $25. A 60 day notice will be given affiliates if the manufacturer will be changing suggested retail price. Manufacturer suggested retail price for EZ Detect™ is currently $11.

I have the ability to send an enormous amount of visitors to your site, but I'd like to give referred visitors a better deal than the manufacturer suggested retail price. What can you do for me?

Our experience indicates is that the product is a bargain at the manufacturer suggested retail price of $11 and that the product does not need a price cut to be sold. It does need a clear explanation of the benefits of using the product to be sold. After all, if you are over 50 and should be screening, what is it worth to you not to have to handle stool, restrict your diet, and get immediate results? With a clear description of the benefits and our unconditional satisfaction guarantee, most people opt to use EZ Detect™.

That said, there may be circumstances where a slight reduction in pricing is warranted. In those circumstances, we have the ability to establish unique promotion programs customized to your circumstances. So, if you are ABC News for instance, a code could be established just for ABC News viewers, or if you are Oprah Winfrey, a code just for Oprah viewers could be created. An unlimited numer of special programs can be run simultaneously. If you want to discuss a special promotion, send an email to affiliates@ezdetect.com.

Can I change and update my links whenever I want?

Yes.

How are orders tracked and credited to my site or to charitable organizations?

The links you are provided contain your site's unique Affiliate ID. Every time one of your visitors comes to EZDetect.com through one of these links, we use that ID to credit you or the charitable organization for any sales made during that client session.

How much will I be paid?

• If you are an affiliate, you will be paid a commission rate of 30% of sales generated by your links to EZDetect.com.
• If you are a charitable sponsor, the charity you select will be paid 40% of sales generated by your links to EZDetect.com.

We intend to see how things go. In the works is a loyalty rewards program where the more you sell, the more you'll get paid.

When will I be paid?

You (or the charity you designated) will be paid at the end of each calendar quarterly (4 times per year). If your commission for any quarter is less than $90, the total amount will be carried to the next quarter. Once it exceeds $90, a check will be sent to you at the end of the quarter for the complete amount owed to you up until the end of that quarter.

Many people that should be screened don't use the Internet. Is there any other way I can help promote colorectal cancer screening and EZ Detect™ without using the web?

Yes. Some of the most effective screening programs are local health fairs, community walks, and community awareness events. Biomerica is committed to support these programs in any way that makes reasonable economic sense. Click here for some case studies of successful local screening programs.
